| The building is an ancient and restructured cottage, furnished in a simple and confortable way; it is situated in delightful hilly position in the green of Umbria's countryside. The little town of Acquasparta (altitude mt. 322) is about 2 Km away.

The cottage consists of a flat on the first floor where there are three rooms, seven beds, a bathroom, a cooking area and TV in living room. |
| On the ground floor
there is a bed-sitting room with three beds
and bath a
bathroom. The guests can use the vast open space whre there are
a table, chairs, and a gazebo
( it is possible to barbecue).

The home family that runs this farm (in which "Il Casaletto" is included), is available to recommend restaurants to eat typical foods to low price.

For the guests there is also the possibility of buying and tasteing
the typical products of this family-run farm: poultry, eggs, vegetables,
olive oil (the farm's pride!) and excellent wine. |
